To put it short, my address where I live is a nightmare to provide businesses. So I need a very patient and understanding person when it comes to any services or insurances I use. I have to use a specific mailing address to avoid future issues with my residential address. That being said, Miriam was so patient, and worked so well with me. I even went into detail as to why I have to have special instructions to my address. She was so understanding, and we joked about it later. She also provided me with the best quote with new auto insurance, going beyond better than what I had before. Thank you so much Miriam for all you did for me!
